Our people

While in school you get an insight into all kinds of various aspects of your field. Once you join the workforce, however, more often than not those opportunities fade away. I did not want to become complacent, doing one thing for the rest of my life. DICOM allows me to participate in a variety of projects, which keeps me on my toes professionally. This is one of the hidden benefits, one which I might not get elsewhere. As a result I do not feel like I'm losing my grip skill-wise.

In my career I have worked in various positions - from marine radio officer, to key account manager in a large multinational IT company, to CEO of a tactical radio manufacturer. I have worked for a number of Czech and foreign companies, but DICOM has always been my heart and soul. Working here is both my profession and my hobby, and it lifts my spirits to see the fruits of our labour being used in different corners of the world.
