Line technology:

The line is conceived as a modular workstation for prototype and mid-series production. We use various technological procedures while mounting and soldering several types of single or double-sided boards simultaneously.

We use the technology of component placement in solder paste applied on contact pads by dispenser or screen printing (polyester screens, metal strips) with subsequent remelting in continuous convective oven.

We inspect each mounted board.

We clean boards after soldering in ultrasonic bath.
