MYDATA MY100SX-14 automated pick and place machine

The automat meets all criteria of perfect modularity and flexibility in line with the current trend of mixed production of many small batches – the so-called high-mix manufacturing. MY100SX features up to 176 feeders and the maximum rate of 21.500 components per hour. It is equipped with linear motors for maximum accuracy, guaranteed by continuous machine accuracy calibration.

MYDATA MY15 placement system

The unit mounts components from 01005 up to BGA and µBGA packages. The mounting precision for the entire range of components is 15 µm in 3 sigma. Up to 192 magazines can be put in the automat for a single mounting program. Practical mounting speed is around 4500 components per hour.
