The company is equipped with mechanical part cutting production technologies – CNC machines by the Swiss company Fehlmann Picomax 50, 54, 55, 80, and a MCU 750 SPEED by Kovosvit MAS drilling/cutting centre with automatic tool replacement. These advanced cutting and drilling centres are used for machine castings and full profiles.

The machine software makes it possible to make products in any shape with 0.01 mm precision and 800 mm x 440 mm x 300 mm maximum dimensions.

Serial and repeated manufacturing makes these units even more efficient. Programs are stored in a PC database, so the number of programs created on CNC machines is virtually unlimited. These programs are uploaded to the machine via conversion software. Both the programming and data transfers can be performed under full operation, while parts are being machined.

Some components and assemblies that require casting, pressing, tool manufacture and certain types of cutting are purchased from suppliers.
